Poland visa for the citizens of the following listed countries is not necessary for tourism and Business purposes. If the stay is not going to exceed more than 90 days:

Hong Kong: holders of "British National (Overseas) Passport" and Hong Kong Special Region Administration Passports
Following are the types of Visas which are issued by Polish Consulates:-
- Regular Visas: Regular visa to poland is issued for business and tourism purposes for one or multiple entries. The stay cannot exceed 90days and is issued for a specific time period only.
- Transit Visas: Transit visa for poland is issued who are traveling through poland to another country. A person is allowed to stay for maximum 5 days under this visa and he must hold a valid visa for the destination country. It is valid for one, two or multiple entries.
- Airport Transit visas : Under this visa for poland, citizens of only certain countries are allowed to spend a maximum of 2 days in Polish International transit zone of polish airport while traveling to another country.
- Work visas: Persons intending to work in Poland must get a work visa to poland. Work visas are issued for multiple entries and valid for maximum of 1 yr. with future extensions. Polish consul issues the work visas.
